Nathan Jeppson is President, CEO and Chairman of NWH, Inc., overseeing operations in the US, China, Canada and Japan. Nathan brings significant leadership experience to NWH, having served as President of Shell Chemical LP and General Manager of a multi-billion dollar division of Shell with leadership positions in a broad range of basic and intermediate chemicals. Prior to Shell, Nathan worked in a variety of leadership positions at The Dow Chemical Company across markets in North America, China, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe.
Nathan’s strong management capabilities have driven significant success across several businesses in designing and implementing business improvement initiatives, delivering meaningful value creation and developing top level leadership talent. He has a demonstrated track record of shifting commodity-oriented businesses to strategic marketing-led organizations focused on innovation and collaboration with customers globally.
Nathan has served as a director of Houston Habitat for Humanity and a mentor in Junior Achievement’s Junior Business program. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.
