White Oak Cabinet

White Oak Cabinet

White Oak Cabinet grade is designed specifically for the cabinet door industry. It is the high end of mid-grade lumber and is graded from the worst face for clear two-face cuttings to maximize yields. Each board yields a minimum of 66-2/3% clear face cuttings on the best face with a cabinet or better grade on the reverse face. Minimum cutting size is 3ā€ x 3’ or 4ā€ x 2’. Color is uniform on both faces, but allows a minimum heartwood of 85/50 on either face. Excessive mineral and blotchy tones are not allowed.

We grade after drying and surfacing, and against all natural drying or surfacing defects (pin knot no defect).
