Alder Premium STW (4", 5", 6", 7"+)
Alder Premium STW is an appearance and structural grade with scattered sound and unsound defects. We’ve taken the next step and sorted our Premium grade into widths. Each Alder Premium board yields 83-1/3% to structurally sound fiber with restrictions on larger unsound defects on the best face.
We grade after drying and surfacing, and against all natural drying or surfacing defects (pin knot no defect).
