White Oak #1 Common

White Oak #1 Common is the high end of mid-grade lumber and is graded from the worst face for clear two face cuttings to maximize yields. Each board yields a minimum of 66-2/3% clear face cuttings with minimum cutting sizes of 3” x 3’ or 4” x 2’. We grade after drying and surfacing, and against all natural drying or surfacing defects (pin knot no defect).
